According                                     to research (Fox, 2018), there is an increasing amount of people suffering from                                               depression, since they fail to find a proper way to alleviate the stress. Therefore, there                                     are three useful fashions for you to enjoying every day.

    First, try to pay attention to the surrounding passing through every day and

observe those things you always ignore. The function of this method is to distract

the attention. When you are doing this, you can experience this gorgeous world.

The trees and blooms on the street, the sunshine from the sky, and the pedestrians

beside you are what you neglect all the time. If you do appreciate the world

carefully, you will find it very enchanting and entertaining. Then, you can soon

be energetic and vigorous to receive the next challenge.

                                                    Besides, do what you love every day, such as listening to fantastic music,                                                 reading a fascinating novel, or watching an appealing movie. You have to                                                   indulge in your own space as if you are taking dope because doing what                                                     you love can make you feel better and heal yourself simultaneously.                                                           Sometimes, you may be crowded with annoying work and Scheiße (terrible                                                 experience) the whole day and have no time to rest. However, try to find a                                                 time to do this, for it is a tranquilizer that can reduce the tiredness and make                                                 your day less terrible.

 

    Lastly, also the most vital way to enjoy every day, change your attitude toward every

day. Do not excessively enlarge the negative thinking but enjoy the happiness that you

have met and forget the bad news, as terrible experiences can undoubtedly distress and

depress you. If there are just wonderful memories in your mind, you will be the one who

can’t wait to face tomorrow. Once your thought has been changed, the way you treat the

world will change as well.

                               In conclusion, follow these three ways to help you enjoy your days and keep your smile.                             Paying attention to the ignored, doing what you love, and changing your attitude can                                   definitely assist you to savor the world well. The most severe crisis is considering life                                       meaningless as if you live like a zombie without any vigor and motivation, which                                       happens to numerous people every day. They are doing their work, having meals, and                                 sleeping on the bed. Nevertheless, life is not like this tragedy but the blessing for us instead.                             There is always something new waiting for you to explore and relish. Consequently, how                               to enjoy every day is highly crucial. Make every day your best day, make every day                                   your best memory, and make every day your best expectation for tomorrow so that you                               can live radiantly and optimistically.
